Returns Policy:
All returned product are subject to approval by 3 Gen Solutions and her partner companies. Returned items without an approval RMA ( Return Material Authorization) number from 3 Gen Solutions will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses resulting on those returns without approval will be the responsiblity of the buyer. If the buyer refuses to adhere to this policy we will not ship the product back. If the payment for servicing (where necessary)is not paid within a month, 3 Gen Solutions reserve all rights to dispose of the product to salvage the cost incurred to service the product.
Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, 3 Gen Solutions will examine and test for the defect claimed by the buyer. Unless the 3 Gen Solutions team can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, the return will not be accepted or forwarded to the manufacturer for repair. All return shipment from 3 Gen Solutions will be via airmail shipping method or the equivalent subject to be determined by 3 Gen Solutions.
In the event of having to return a/the product/s, the buyer is fully responsible for the product’s safe return to us. The item must be received within 7 days after the issue of an RMA. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the 3 Gen Solutions team, item number, full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return.
All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer. Returned merchandize should be double boxed and well packed. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Any unidentified returns which are aged over 14 days, will be deemed by us, 3 Gen Solutions as unwanted and as such will give 3 Gen Solutions the right to dispose of such item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on those/ any unidentified return once it has been disposed of. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The standard replacement shipping by 3 Gen Solutions will be of our choosing and subject to be determined by us.
Seller’s Liability :
3 Gen Solutions will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the product sold. For safety handling and operation on the product, please consult instruction manual that comes along with item purchased or contact manufacturer directly. Any recall on a product by a manufacturer will not be handled through 3 Gen Solutions. Buyers should contact the manufacturer directly for any related questions or inquiries.
3 Gen Solution do not have any obligations to provided any technical support on any product sold via www.3gensolutions.net. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider directly for technical and product assistance.

Who do
we use?
We use TNT, Citylink, ,DHL,Parceline and Royal Mail to deliver your order depending
on the size, weight and type of products you have ordered. We May also use DHL,
UPS or EMS if we choose to deliver to any other country, but will only do this
if the customer has pre-arranged this with us via online contact form (contact
us button) otherwise we are under no obligation to do so as stated in our terms
and condition we are a site aimed at UK customers
Our Services
All of our delivery services are a "signed for" service. This means
that the carrier will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for
and accept the delivery. If there is no one anyone available when the carrier
tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with details of when they
attempted to deliver and their contact information so you can arrange to collect
the goods, or re-arrange delivery.
If you choose to collect from the carrier, you will need to take some form of
ID. The carriers will only hold the goods for a limited number of days, therefore
it is important that you get in touch with them ASAP.
Alternative or "3rd Party" Addresses
You can choose to have your order delivered to an alternative delivery addresses
e.g. your work or neighbours etc, but please be aware that shipping your order
to an address other than the card billing address may delay your order whilst
we perfom extra security checks. For security reasons certain high value items
such as Plasma panels etc can only be delivered to the card billing address.
If this is the case and you have selected an alternative address, we will seek
your agreement before proceeding with your order.
How much will it cost and how quickly will my order be delivered?
We have changed our delivery charges to make it as simple as possible. The cost
to ship will depend upon the item you have purchased and the service you require.
Delivery times quoted are valid for orders that:
Are placed before the specified time
Pass our credit checks
Where we have free stock available.
In outlying areas the deliveries can sometimes take longer. In these cases,
we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Certain services will not be available with some of the heavier or "bulk"
items. Again, in these cases, we will deliver your goods as soon as possible.
On occasion, we might need to levy extra carriage charges. If this is the
case, we promise that we will not ship any items without first seeking your
approval.
However we try it may not be possible to deliver the goods within the specified
time and in these cases you will need to refer to our terms and conditions.
